@comcastcares My connection has been down since 2pm yesterday. I've restarted ~472 times. Xfinity Assistant doesn't see a problem and "chat with agent" keeps "stopping unexpectedly." I would call, but you see, no connection. Please, fix. it.

@therealpool @Xfinity @DIRECTV Well we have internet too. And we were laying a ridiculous amount for just internet and the tv. So we bundled and it’s been great until now. They’re just making it so difficult to fix this!

@TitansRossi I know the trouble of having a terrible ISP. But at least Xfinity has fastspeeds. I'm stuck with centurylink which is bottom of the barrel service.
