Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (2025)

Passenger friendly service rules the day

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (1)

As the world’s busiest and most efficient airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is a major hub in the global transportation network. In fact, ATL offers nonstop service to more than 150 domestic and 78 international destinations, and its global reach continues to grow as it adds to its roster of passenger airlines.

ATL holds the distinction of being the first airport in the world to host more than 100 million passengers in a single year. Despite the high volume, the airport boasts one of the fastest processing times through customs. Beyond efficiency, the airport serves the global community with multilingual gate agents and directional signs.

In many ways, Hartsfield-Jackson is more than an airport. It’s also a destination. The concessions program features more than 300 dining and retail options to meet passengers’ shopping, dining and service needs. And, the airport’s award-winning art program integrates permanent and rotating exhibits and musical performances into the fabric of the guest experience.

While the airport is a veritable city unto itself, international travelers are encouraged to venture into Atlanta, the cultural and economic capital of the South. From the airport, downtown Atlanta is just minutes away by car, shuttle or train.

ATL’s Travel Industry Engagement group is leading efforts to develop or boost new, diverse airport traveler segments via tourism. So connect through Hartsfield-Jackson. And while you’re here, explore.
