how do unlock with password if the touch screen is out of calibration and the bottom of the screen isnt working

I am trying to delete some phones in the Bluetooth settings but I can't access the Bluetooth settings menu. The Bluetooth selection is grayed out. I powered the unit off & on & I tried resetting it to no avail. If I update the firmware might that fix the problem or is there something else I can try? Thank you, Mark
